Your doctor isn’t the only person who can help you feel better. You can improve your health and wellbeing through social prescribing. Contacting the service will give you the opportunity to meet a community connector who can spend time with you exploring what activities and local support could improve your health and wellbeing. Please be aware there is a new section on the Oldham SEND Local Offer which provides details of summer activities available to children with special educational needs and their families. This came about as part of the ‘You said, we did’ consultation work with children and their families earlier in the year.
