Woodlands Medical Practice operates from 2 sites. On the 21st June 2021, Woodlands Medical Practice added our branch site South Chadderton Health Centre. The main site is in Chadderton Town Health Centre, Middleton Road and the branch site iat South Chadderton Health Centre, Eaves Lane. Patient services will be offered across both sites. We will endeavour that our clinical staff and admin staff reinforce where the appointments will be. We hope to see you across both sites in due course.
The phone lines at Woodlands North and Woodlands South are one number 0161 357 2300, giving us more staff members to take your calls, all our staff across both sites have access to your patient information, can book appointments and deal with any queries you may have.
The Practice is part of Milltown Alliance (Cluster West).
