Registering for Patient Access
If you are interested in applying to use the online facility please enquire at reception bringing 2 forms of ID with you (i.e. passport and driving licence). Before you can begin to use Patient Access, you will need to create an account. The receptionist will print your registration letter for you which contains instructions on how to create an account or you can now register online following the instructions from the link. You will also need to complete an online registration form, which will allow the practice to share the appropriate information with you.
Once you have your registration letter simply follow the instructions given in the letter. If you have any difficulties registering please mention this to the receptionist who will be able to advise and assist you.
Once you have created your account, please destroy your registration letter as it contains data unique to you.
If your registration letter is lost or stolen before you have created your account, contact the practice immediately, by telephone or in person. The practice will then revoke your previous settings and generate a new registration letter for you.
