Despite easing of lockdown restrictions the risk of Covid-19 remains, we  continue to have precautions in place when you attend for an appointment:
1. Do Not Attend if you or household member have symptoms of Covid-19.
2. Do Bring a mobile phone, as you will need to call on arrival, the number is displayed at the entrance, the clinician will come out for you.
3. Do arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. 4. Do Attend alone unless you need a carer or are the parent of a child with an appointment.
5. Do be prepared for the weather on the day while waiting for the clinician outside.

Our practice is supporting vital COVID-19 research. As part of this, we are helping to carry out a national priority research study called PRINCIPLE. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, are aged 65 or over,OR are aged 50-64 and have an existing health condition, you may be eligible to join this important study.If you would like to discuss taking part in PRINCIPLE, please contact us.

Please be aware there is a new section on the Oldham SEND Local Offer which provides details of summer activities available to children with special educational needs and their families. This came about as part of the ‘You said, we did’ consultation work with children and their families earlier in the year.
